Kolaei is a bit of a small town, mostly just a collection of small houses and huts along the docks and the beach. It is mostly a fishing community so oftentimes there are boats out on the water, leaving the town half-empty. Nonetheless, the kids love playing in the sand and on the rocks near the cliffs. As a whole, the citizens tend to be rather open and friendly.
